Designer Rick Bach, known for his metal signs and scultpures at local clubs and restaurants, created an impressive steel Torosaurus that encases the fiberglass replica.  Seven-hundred-pound "Nino" illustrates Pittsburgh's transformation from the bones of its industrial past to its new visionary future.
